Wonderful blue in the sky. I could use some of that sunshine.
In BC we used to have what was called Agricultural Land Bank. Application had to be made to develop it. That is gone now and some incredibly fertile land in growing houses now.

My 2 cents is they didn't use good sense with this design. Good capture.

Love the colors reflected on the windmill and the circular motion of the sun reflections which had energy and movement.

unfortunately Kevin developers will aways get there way too much money at there disposal, the last book i ever read Stark by Ben Elton must be 15 years ago pretty much sums up the modern world we live in, conglomerates swallowing everything up at the demise of the earths resources until finally the lucky few fly off to a brave new world and leave poor me and you up to our necks in you know what, oh well thats enough of that cracking shot m8, never seen flare add so much to a photo like that before:)
