Thanks Roger, there was enough of a break in the rain to get outside this afternoon and take advantage of the special light that seems to come after a storm. This particular gargoyle is on the edge of a shady part of the yard, any other special effects would come from the 2.8 aperture and a slight s-curve adjustment in photoshop.

Nice; just my kind of shot. The black backdrop accentuating the features of the gargoyl work very well.
What size is this little critter? I'guessign pretty small (or perhaps a homemade plaster cast)
