Great photo. Love the motion of the tire and how the worker in the foreground looks as though he is walking on the base of the photograph. A solidly grounded composition.

neat shot. I like that phrase, "'giddy up' in my step". anyway, back to the photo... nice detail and color, especially on the man to the left. the way my eye moves around the photo feels a little awkward, it goes to the man on the left first and then wants to go to the other man and the tractor but immediately jumps right back to the man at the left because he's in focus.
