Yes, and this tradition has given life to a new job: coin harvester in the fountain. This should theroretically be the duty (please read : the benefits in kind ) of the Roman street maintenance civil servants, but they very often come too late, as it is also the occupation of some unemployed young people who seem to live more at night than during the day.

Pretty sure this is what Zeus looked like after launching a thunderbolt :) Like the angle that you selected- makes for a dramatic pose.
