Beautiful image, Kevin. Does this mean 2008 will be like having a tiger by the tail on a downhill slide? or it's all downhill from here because we're another year older?:-) Let's make it the tiger one okay? I feel better now. Oh no! I'm going to have to take my shoes off so I can count this simple math question. I ran out of fingers...lol

Like Sherri, I hope the downhill incline isn't a metaphor for my 2008. (I've also, for the longest time, wanted to make a wisecrack about the daily math test.) But all this descent, ascent stuff may be such a western concept. Thank you for this perspective. He's not looking down, but rather over his shoulder, straight ahead.
