Crape Myrtle | Sunday Sep 30, 2007
There are so many of these growing in Texas that one would believe they are native to this area. Originating out of Asia they have adapted very well and are popular landscape plantings. This one photographed in my backyard is watermelon in color, but reddish, pink and white are commonly found.
