Craig Till | Friday Feb 06, 2009
Part of the fun of photographing clients is getting to know them, and learning about their goals and plans in life. Pictured here is Craig Till - a freelance drummer/percussionist in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that called me in need of a headshot for a Disney audition.
Once you meet Craig, it's not hard to see that he has the personality and drive that doesn't let anything hold him back. When he was 16 years old he was faced with the consequences of having a leg amputated. (I cannot image having to go through that at any point in life, but especially as a teenager.) So it was stirring for me to listen as he told of his current volunteer counseling to other youth faced with similar circumstances. Oh, and this counseling work Craig does is in addition to helping his grandfather maintain a rural cemetery - again as a volunteer.
Anyhow, today, I found out that Disney has approached Craig for their Anaheim Disneyland, and they are even talking up a stint for him in Disney Tokyo!
Congrats Craig, I believe you have always made your victories.
