Blue Skies Ahead? | Saturday Jun 30, 2007

In my part of the world this has been one of the wettest June's on record. This image is at Possum Kingdom Lake -- downstream from here homes have flooded along Texas' Brazos River and a flash flood watch remains in effect through the weekend.

I like the lighting and cloud formation and the sheen on the water. In my part of Australia we too have had a lot of rain in June with some floods. Hopefully it is the break of the long drought we have had.

An overall beautiful exposure , the feeling of seep over the water, and the dramatic clouds, gives this image a great look!
