A New Venice | Wednesday Feb 25, 2009
I liked the juxtaposition of the cranes in the near distance behind the Campanile 'replica' of San Marco Piazza at The Venetian near the Las Vegas Strip.

Post a Comment:

1) They are the first to copy it, the Cinese have not even tried.
2) The Campanile in Venice is itself a copy, as the original one collapsed a century ago. (Note that Venetians are gentlemen, it collapsed without killing anybody and damaging anything among all monuments of St Mark's place)
